Happier tummies from
the very first feed.
A multi-action special formula tackling colic, gas and constipation at the root - with hydrolyzed protein, reduced lactose, beta-palmitate and live gut cultures.
Four reasons that matter
Reduced Lactose
Only 2.7g lactose per 100ml - compared to ~7g in standard formulas. Less fermentation in the colon means less gas and crying.
Prebiotics + Live Cultures
GOS prebiotic fibers and Lactobacillus fermentum CECT5716 work together to build a healthier gut microbiome from birth.
Beta-Palmitate Fat
Breast milk-inspired fat structure for softer stools, better calcium absorption and overall more comfortable digestion.
Omega-3 & 6 LCPs
DHA 13mg per 100ml plus ARA and alpha-linolenic acid for healthy brain and eye development throughout the early months.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between HiPP Comfort and HiPP Comfort EU?
Both target the same digestive issues - colic, gas and constipation - using hydrolyzed protein and reduced lactose. The key difference is size: this standard version comes in 600g (lasting approximately 14-20 days), while the EU version is a 300g travel or trial size. The nutritional composition is closely aligned.
Is HiPP Comfort suitable for babies with a milk allergy?
No. HiPP Comfort contains hydrolyzed whey protein from cow's milk and is not appropriate for babies with a diagnosed cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA). It is designed for digestive sensitivity and colic, not for confirmed allergies. If your baby has CMPA, consult your pediatrician about a fully hydrolyzed or amino acid-based formula.
How long does one 600g box last?
A 600g box typically lasts 14-20 days depending on your baby's age and daily feeding volume. Younger newborns consuming smaller feeds will stretch the box further. We recommend keeping 3-4 boxes in stock to avoid gaps in supply.
How quickly should I expect to see improvement?
Many parents notice a reduction in gas and crying within the first 3-5 days. A meaningful improvement in stool consistency and feeding comfort is typically visible within 1-2 weeks. If symptoms persist beyond two weeks, consult your pediatrician to rule out other underlying causes.
Can I use HiPP Comfort alongside breastfeeding?
Yes. HiPP Comfort can be used as a sole formula or to supplement breastfeeding. If combining with breast milk in the same bottle, ensure the expressed milk is cooled to the same temperature as the prepared formula before mixing.
Is HiPP Comfort organic?
HiPP Comfort is not certified organic because the protein hydrolysis process prevents organic classification under EU regulations. However, all other ingredients are sourced organically. The formula is produced in Germany under strict HiPP quality standards that exceed EU minimums, without synthetic pesticides, antibiotics or GMOs.
When should I switch back to a standard formula?
Most babies naturally outgrow colic and digestive sensitivity between 3-6 months. When symptoms have fully resolved, you can transition back to a standard formula gradually over 5-7 days, increasing the proportion of the new formula with each feed. Always follow your pediatrician's guidance on timing.
Important: HiPP Comfort is a food for special medical purposes (balanced diet) and should be used under medical supervision. It is not a treatment for diagnosed cow's milk protein allergy. Breastfeeding is the best nutrition for your baby. Always consult your pediatrician before switching formulas.
