Boil fresh water and cool to 40-50°C (104-122°F). Add half the water to the bottle, then add the correct number of level scoops (1 scoop = 4.5g). Shake, add remaining water, shake again, cool to ~37°C / 98.6°F and feed immediately. Never reheat in a microwave.
QHow long does one 400g box last?
One box yields approximately 91 scoops, which equals around 100 fl oz of prepared formula (about 20 bottles of 5 oz each). Depending on your baby's age and feeding frequency, one box typically lasts 3-10 days.
QWhat does the expiration date format mean?
Holle uses the European date format: DD/MM/YYYY. So "06/09/2026" means September 6, 2026 - not June 9. Always read the day first, then the month.
