Can Holle Stage 3 replace whole cow's milk for my toddler?

How many boxes do I need per month?

Does Holle Stage 3 contain probiotics or prebiotics?

No. Holle Stage 3 does not contain added probiotics or prebiotics. Holle's philosophy prioritizes clean, minimal ingredient formulas - the absence of additives is by design, not an oversight. Parents who want probiotic support can add a separate pediatric probiotic supplement on their pediatrician's recommendation.

Can I mix Holle Stage 3 into porridge or cereal?

Yes - this is one of Stage 3's most practical features. Prepare the formula as directed and stir it into porridge, oatmeal or pureed foods instead of water or cow's milk. It adds nutrition without altering taste significantly, making it an easy way to boost your toddler's intake during meals.

What is the expiration date format on the box?

Holle uses the European date format: DD/MM/YYYY. So "01/06/2026" means June 1st, 2026 - not January 6th. All boxes shipped from Infantiz carry a minimum of 6 months remaining shelf life from the dispatch date.

Important: Holle Stage 3 is a follow-on formula designed to complement a mixed diet - it is not suitable as the sole source of nutrition. Breastfeeding is the best nutrition for your baby. Advantages

Mixes well into cereal and bottles, no digestive issues, noticeably simple ingredient list
