Precautions:

It is important to not damage the natural lactic acid bacteria when preparing milk. To ensure this, avoid adding milk powder to boiling water. Instead, allow the water to cool down to a suitable temperature (approximately 37 degrees Celsius or 98 degrees Fahrenheit) before mixing in the powder. Doing so will help preserve the beneficial bacteria and ensure your milk is as healthy as possible.
